Salary: Rs. 17,900 – 47,920/-

Detailed Eligibility:
– Graduates with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognized University in India or any other educational institution approved by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or AICTE.
– Minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout Class X, XII, and Graduation.
– Graduation courses should comprise at least three years of education after completing higher secondary schooling or a Diploma.
– Candidates who are in the final year of their Graduation can also apply.
Period on Probation:
They will be required to sign a Service Level Agreement committing to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 2 years or pay a sum of Rs. 30,000/- as the cost of training if they leave the Bank before the stipulated service period.
Age Limit:
The maximum age limit for candidates is 24 years as on 01 June 2023. There is relaxation in age for SC/ST candidates, with the maximum age being 29 years.
Selection Process:
The selection process for Associate positions includes an Online Aptitude Assessment, Potential Assessment through Group Discussion/Preliminary Interaction, and Personal Interview. The Bank reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on administrative requirements. The mode of the selection process will depend on the prevailing situations and the discretion of the Bank.

– Post Graduates with a minimum aggregate of 60% from a recognized University in India or any other educational institution approved by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India or AICTE.
– Minimum aggregate of 60% or above throughout Class X, Class XII, Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
– Post-Graduation course should entail at least 2 years of education after Graduation.
– Candidates who are in the final year of their Post-Graduation can also apply.
Period on Probation:
Candidates selected as Officers in Junior Management Grade I will be on probation for a period of 2 years. They will be required to sign a Service Level Agreement committing to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 2 years or pay a sum of Rs. 50,000/- as the cost of training if they leave the Bank before the stipulated service period.
