- Jewel Loan Officers – Scale I: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a Bank/any financial institution handling Jewel Loans.
- Deputy General Manager: Candidate should have exceptional experience in credit appraisal at the Regional/Zonal/Head Office level and should have handled and managed all types of credit proposals including MSME, corporate credit, export credit, etc., at least for a period of 5 years.
- Credit Analyst: Candidate should have an experience of at least three years in a Bank/any financial institution underwriting MSME proposals.
- Chief Manager: Minimum 5 years of work experience in MSME credit/Corporate Credit as an executive in a Supervisory/Management role/Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President in a Public/Private Sector scheduled commercial bank.
Age Limit
The age limit for the different positions are as follows (as on 31 May 2023):
- Relationship Manager: Not more than 30 years
- Jewel Loan Officers – Scale I: Not more than 30 years
- Deputy General Manager: Not more than 50 years
- Credit Analyst: Not more than 35 years
